6.1 mm ID x 12.7 mm OD. The most widely used extra flexible option. Suits the majority of robotic and gantry MIG wire delivery applications.

FC-XH — Heavy Duty Extra Flexible Conduit

7.4 mm ID x 15.5 mm OD. Heavier outer jacket for high-wear environments. Suits applications with frequent robot arm movement or harsh weld-cell conditions.

FC-XH-LW — Large Wire Extra Flexible Conduit

9.9 mm ID x 19.1 mm OD. For large diameter wire in robotic or automated setups requiring flexible conduit routing.

Telescoping Conduit Quick Disconnect — Faster Drum Changeout

Extends up to 1.5 m to simplify wire drum changeout. Disconnect the conduit from the drum hood, slide up, change the drum, slide back down and reconnect. Reduces changeover time and makes the process easier for operators on the floor. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wire up to 2.4 mm.
